1. Digital Products Only
BlueLeafBooks sells digital PDF books only. No physical products are shipped.
2. General No-Refund Rule
Because all products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once access to the purchased file has been granted.
Digital goods can be copied or retained immediately after delivery. For that reason, BlueLeafBooks does not generally offer refunds after download access, file access, or delivery has been provided, except where required by applicable law or where BlueLeafBooks determines that a refund is appropriate in a specific case.
3. Limited Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Considered
A refund request may be reviewed in limited circumstances, including:
- a confirmed duplicate charge for the same order;
- a verified technical failure that prevented delivery or download and could not be resolved within a reasonable period;
- delivery of the wrong product; or
- another exceptional circumstance where BlueLeafBooks concludes that a refund is appropriate.
4. No Refund After Successful Download Except as Required by Law
Where a file has been successfully delivered, downloaded, or otherwise made available to the customer, refunds are generally not available. Customers should review the product description carefully before purchasing.
5. How to Request Help
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue, contact support and include:
- the email address used for the purchase;
- the approximate purchase date;
- the book title; and
- a clear description of the problem.

6. Payment Processor Issues
Payment processing is handled through PayPal. Certain chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes may also be subject to PayPal’s own rules and procedures.
7. Policy Changes
BlueLeafBooks may update this Refund Policy by posting a revised version on the platform. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, except where law requires otherwise.
