How it works

1. Create your author account

Register, complete your profile, and add your PayPal email for verification, account records, and monthly payout processing.

2. Upload your PDF book

Add your cover, description, category, and price. Once published, your book becomes available for customers to purchase and download through the platform.

3. Get paid monthly

BlueLeafBooks receives customer payments, deducts the 5% platform fee, and processes author payouts on or around the 1st day of each month. Balances under $25 roll forward to the next payout cycle.

  • A fixed 5% platform fee is deducted from completed sales unless BlueLeafBooks states otherwise in writing.
  • Eligible author payouts are processed on or around the 1st day of each month for the previous month's cleared sales.
  • If the payable balance is below $25, the balance may be rolled over to the next monthly payout cycle.
  • BlueLeafBooks may delay or adjust payouts in cases of refunds, chargebacks, fraud review, policy violations, or missing payout information.
  • Authors remain responsible for the legality, ownership, and tax treatment of their content and earnings.
